The Diggler is a normal unique 
Dirk found in Diablo 2 Resurrected. The Diggler has a Dark Gray tint.
The Diggler carries Ignore Target's Defense at level 11, a level behind 
Skewer of Krintiz. Setting the defense of the target to zero drops attack rating out of the hit calculation and leaves only character level against monster level, which holds at the game maximum of 95% while the character is within about a tenth of the monster in level. Champions, uniques and act bosses are exempt from it. The +10 to Dexterity adds little alongside that, because the attack rating dexterity grants is the part Ignore Target's Defense has already made irrelevant, though the points still count toward the requirements of other gear.
How to upgrade The Diggler
